Johnson Controls is seeking a Mfg Planning Analyst Lead to drive data-driven planning and inventory solutions across global teams. You will gather data, build models, and deliver dashboards that support on-time delivery and cost optimization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with planning, operations, and finance, plus development of KPIs and predictive planning tools to improve business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operator or vendor management (APICS CPIM or CSCP) required.
• Power BI Certification.
• 3+ years of planning and inventory solutions experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Conversational English / Business English.
• Knowledge of S&OP, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, SAS, APO and Microsoft Office programs required.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills.

We are looking for a Mfg Planning Analyst Lead.

What will you do?

• This position is responsible for discovering and creating different escenarios with information collected from planning, Operations and Finance to help us maker smarter decisions to deliver the best options to achieve Customer on time delivery focusing on effective alignment from planning – sales– execution.

• This position will require you to gather data from multiple data sets and transform this data into actionable insights. These insights include but are not limited to data models, algorithm creation, machine learning, data mining, dashboards, and reports. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to create data solutions with the input from stakeholders that have little to no previous data knowledge and provide outputs that are understandable for all the stakeholders. A successful candidate should act with an entrepreneurial business mindset seeking out solutions that can provide the most business value business. KPI’s development at first and second level aligned with a daily management discipline.

• Since this position is responsible for delivering solutions to multiple global teams across the global chiller in terms of processes alignment the candidate is expected to have strong communication skills to gather insights to fully understand business problems and delivery solutions.

How will you do it?

• Research, develop, and refine a Short / Mid-term strategy for planning development considering Financial targets, On time delivery and data visualizations.

• Collaboration with the order management, Planning, Purchasing, engineering and operations team in the Planning Line of balance to understand the company needs and devise possible data solutions.

• Communication of the results and insight to the key decision makers.

• Lead joint development efforts between multiple teams and databases to create self-sustainable solutions that drive how we conduct everyday business.

• Creation of predictive models and escenarios to be used for Planning and Material requirements.

• Develop Planning KPIs and Daily management Dashboards.

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operator or vendor management, such as the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) required.

• Power BI Certification.

• 3+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment (experience with high growth and new product introduction is a big plus).

• Conversational English / Business English.

• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics.

• Use of various software and computer applications, such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, SAS, APO and Microsoft Office programs, required.

• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
