AutoZone in Mexico is seeking an Accounts Payable clerk to verify and process daily PO invoices from units such as USMNT, USMKT, USALM, USALD and others.

You will email business units when issues arise and perform data entry in the mainframe, supporting AP processes with accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Basic English and Excel skills are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Area of study: Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Very analytical with ability to work under pressure and fast data entry.
• Basic English and Excel knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and process the daily workload of PO invoices from multiple units (e.g., USMNT, USN01, USMKT, USALM, USALD).
• Send emails to the corresponding business units when PO or invoice issues arise.
• Enter electronic invoices in the Mainframe system (Fedex, Transplace & Genco).

Summary

Verify and process the daily workload of PO invoices documents (from different business units such as USMNT, USN01, USMKT, USALM, USALD, among others) based on the Accounts Payable department criteria. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Send emails to the corresponding business units such as USMNT, USMKT, USDEV, USITP, USALM, USALD, etc when there is a problem with the PO or invoice.
• Send email requests and follow ups to different business units to ensure problem resoltuion is completed every period.
• Electronic invoices data entry in Mainframe system (Fedex, Transplace & Genco).

Requirements

• Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
• Area of Study: Finance or related fields
• Years of Experience: One to two years.
• Type of Experience: Accounts payable
• Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Very analytical individual, Ability to work under pressure, proficient on fast data enter.
• Other/Preferred: Basic knowledge of English language (specially written), Excel knowledge.
