Job summary

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support and own end-to-end accounting and month-end close processes for an assigned portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO), inventory and cost accounting, transactional accounting, and accounting for e‑commerce or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) businesses.

This role requires the ability to take ownership of assigned accounting tasks, manage client deliverables, respond to client inquiries, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure month‑end close activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Depending on the client engagement, the Senior Accountant may work independently on specific accounting responsibilities or act as the Controller and lead Staff Accountant for an assigned engagement.

Candidates must meet all required qualifications, including practical experience with QBO, inventory and cost accounting, transactional accounting, and accounting methods relevant to e‑commerce or CPG businesses.
