A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a Sports & Experiential Marketing Coordinator to enhance brand identity across the LATAM region. This role involves developing strategic marketing initiatives, executing experiential activations, and managing large-scale events to foster brand loyalty and attract new clients.

Formación

  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning or experiential marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience managing large-scale events and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing vehicle fleets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and implement the annual experiential plan in alignment with brand and market needs.
  • Organize and coordinate the BMW Golf Cup International and Driving Experience Program.
  • Manage the Test Drive Center overseeing the fleet of 20 vehicles.

Sports & Experiential Marketing Coordinator.

As a Sports and Experiential Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing brand identity across the LATAM region. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic BTL initiatives, implementing sports marketing campaigns, and executing experiential activations. Additionally, you will focus on fostering brand loyalty by creating memorable experiences for existing customers and generating leads at events to attract new potential clients.

What awaits you?

  • Develop and implement the annual experiential plan in alignment with brand and market needs.
  • Organize and coordinate the BMW Golf Cup International in Mexico and importer markets, as well as the Driving Experience Program and track events.
  • Manage the Test Drive Center and oversee the fleet of 20 vehicles in Mexico.
  • Plan and execute model launch events, exhibitions, and sponsorship activities.
  • Evaluate and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Provide regional direction and support for experiential initiatives.
What should you bring along?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning or experiential marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale events and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in managing vehicle fleets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
