Mondelēz Brasil is seeking a data and specification management specialist to provide end-to-end support for PLM processes, including change control, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will bridge PLM users and vendors, manage change requests, deploy solutions, archive obsolete specs, and train teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

The role supports a hybrid work model, with no relocation required, and requires fluent English and a degree in a science or engineering

Formación

  • Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with SAP PLM or similar specifications systems.
  • Experience with SharePoint and data analysis tools.

How you will contribute

You will provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards, facilitating change and provide technical support for specifications processes. As the critical connector between PLM users and system vendors, your key responsibilities will centre around PLM operational management, including Change Request management & deployment, troubleshooting/incident resolution, PLM access and Communications, Test Script libraries and managing small projects.

This role requires excellent communication skills because you will work across functions on specification topics, offer suggestions on how to drive improvements and ensure data consistency and completeness. Some of your other duties will include archiving obsolete specifications, running maintenance and audit programs for specifications and providing day‑to‑day user support and training.

What you need to know about this function:

In this role, you provide end-to-end specification management support, leverage digital tools for data analysis and provide valuable direction and insight for management to make informed decisions. We are seeking a candidate who understands how specification data and processes can be applied and improved to better support emerging business needs.

Your responsibilities include building and interpreting technical reports and system design documents, building search reports and end to end testing, planning and implementing assigned processes, writing and reviewing PLM System scripts, taking corrective actions and managing cross category stakeholders. You will also complete various projects‑either multiple small projects at the same time but with phased deadlines or more complex medium projects. You will use your technology knowledge to meet the business needs and will work multifunctional stakeholders internally and externally.

Provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specifications processes

  • Collect, analyse and interpret data using appropriate tools to drive decision making including conducting root‑cause analysis
  • Identify and lead improvements to ways of working and processes
  • Work with multiple, diverse stakeholders across regions
  • Works effectively in situations where requirements are unclear or evolving
  • Understand business challenges, create valuable, actionable insights using data, and communicate your findings to stakeholders
  • Manage the PLM Change Request process involving enhancements or new requirements to specification systems and downstream systems implications
Job Specific Requirements:
  • Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering or a related scientific discipline
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in working with SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or similar Specifications Systems
  • Experience working with SharePoint
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Excel functions
  • Medium to high skill level in managing large amounts of data using digital tools
  • System & Process oriented with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear communication with stakeholders
  • Proven project management experience
  • Packaging experience is preferable
  • PEGA application experience is preferable
  • CV to be attached in English
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks through effective prioritization
