Mondelēz Brasil seeks a data and specification management specialist to support end-to-end PLM processes, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
You will drive change, manage PLM scripts, maintain reports, and train users, with a hybrid work setup and focus on quality, compliance and project delivery.
Formación
- Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering or related scientific discipline.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with SAP PLM or similar Specifications Systems.
- Experience working with SharePoint.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Medium to high skill level in managing large amounts of data using digital tools.
- System & Process oriented with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear communication with stakeholders.
- Proven project management experience.
- Packaging experience is preferable.
- PEGA application experience is preferable.
- CV to be attached in English.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks through effective prioritization.

You will provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specifications processes. You will also complete various projects-either multiple small projects at the same time but with phased deadlines or more complex medium projects. This role requires excellent communication skills because you will work across functions on specifications reviews, approvals and change notifications and talk with suppliers about raw material specifications. In this role, you will offer suggestions on how to improve projects in your area and ensure data consistency and completeness. Some of your other duties will include archiving obsolete specifications, running maintenance and audit programs for specifications, troubleshooting and providing day-to-day user support and training.

We are seeking a candidate who understands how specification data and processes can be applied and improved to better support emerging business needs.
Your responsibilities include building and interpreting technical reports and system design documents, building search reports and end to end testing, planning and implementing assigned processes, writing and reviewing PLM System scripts, taking corrective actions and managing cross category stakeholders. You will also complete various projects-either multiple small projects at the same time but with phased deadlines or more complex medium projects. You will use your technology knowledge to meet the business needs and will work multifunctional stakeholders internally and externally.

- Collect, analyse and interpret data using appropriate tools to drive decision making including conducting root-cause analysis
- Identify and lead improvements to ways of working and processes

- Manage the PLM Change Request process involving enhancements or new requirements to specification systems and downstream systems implications
