Mondelez Brasil is seeking an Analytics & Data Science professional to lead data-driven insights that drive long-term business results. You will partner with analytics team leaders to build data models and deliver actionable dashboards.

Responsibilities include end-to-end report development, trend identification, and delivering recommendations to stakeholders. A strong foundation in BI tools and SQL is required, with experience in data integration and visualization.

Formación

  • Experience using data analysis to advise analytics leaders.
  • Familiarity with KPI indicators and scorecards.
  • Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python.
  • Progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
  • Experience with data integration, ETL, and advanced visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Looker).
  • Strong SQL skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders

  • Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes

  • Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance

  • Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of report creation, from data integration and transformation to visualization and timely publication

  • Proactively identify trends and exceptions, conduct root cause analysis, and provide initial recommendations to stakeholders, directly contributing to the optimization of functional and business unit performance

  • Overall LA NR and volume

  • Self-Service Report/Dashboard Utilization

Hard Skills:
  • Data management and visualization tools — Advanced

  • Understanding of business processes (SC planning, commercial planning and finance) — Basic

  • Python, R or other tools for statistical analysis — Basic

  • Progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting

  • Proven experience with data integration, ETL processes, and advanced visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View, Looker)

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and transformation

  • Experience with data integration processes and working with large datasets

  • Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices for data quality

Soft skills
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities — Intermediate

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team — Intermediate
