Job Description

  • Steer customer-specific requirements, analyze, adapt, and control them.
  • Manage internal and external customer portals.
  • Support the deployment of LEONI's quality strategy based on customer requirements.
  • Moderate and control standards within the LEONI OEM account.
  • Create and deliver training & e-learning sessions for CSR and CR globally, across relevant CXO functions.
  • Lead global improvement quality projects within an OEM account.
  • Coordinate the global Lessons Learned process across headquarters and plants within the OEM account.
  • Manage internal system, process audits, and PPA within the OEM account in coordination with Global QM.
  • Support on-site task forces, e.g., in escalation situations or challenging project launches.
  • Maintain customer requirements within LEONI IMS and BPM BIC Cloud.
  • Conduct customer audits.

Qualifications

  • University or master's degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
