Textron busca un Especialista en Materiales y Logística para unirse a su equipo en Puebla. El candidato gestionará cierres mensuales de materiales y supervisará procesos de facturación en SAP, garantizando entregas puntuales para la producción y cumplimiento regulatorio.

Se requiere experiencia en cadena de suministro en manufactura automotriz, dominio de SAP y habilidades analíticas, con fluidez en inglés y español.

Formación

• Título universitario en SCM, Logística o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia con SAP, especialmente procesamiento de facturas y gestión de materiales.
• Inglés y español fluidos; habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas; conocimiento de regulaciones de comercio en México.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar el cierre de fin de mes de materiales y operaciones logísticas.
• Revisar, validar y aprobar facturas de proveedores en SAP.
• Monitorear requisitos de material y garantizar entregas oportunas para apoyar la producción.
• Coordinar con proveedores y equipos internos para resolver discrepancias.
• Identificar mejoras de procesos y oportunidades de ahorro.
• Garantizar cumplimiento de estándares corporativos y regulatorios en logística.
• Supervisar movimientos de puertos y fronteras para entregas a tiempo.
• Asistir con recuperación arancelaria cuando sea necesario.
• Comunicar con equipos transfuncionales (compras, finanzas, operaciones).
• Declarar valor para todas las importaciones (valor de manifestación).
• Coordinar con el agente de aduanas las importaciones y revisar pedimentos.
• Mejorar procesos mediante IA y herramientas Industry 4.0.

What awaits you:

• Manage end-of-month closing activities related to materials and logistics operations.
• Review, validate, and approve supplier invoices within SAP in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and track material requirements, ensuring timely delivery to support production schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices, shipments, or inventory.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards in all logistics operations.
• Oversee port and border movements to ensure a timely and compliant delivery of all inbound components.
• Assist with Tariff recovery as necessary
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and operations.
• Create declaration of value (manifestation de valor) for all imports
• Coordinate with the customs broker all the imports and review the pedimentos
• Continuously improve process through use of AI and Industry 4.0 tools both internally and externally
• Enter all imports into the SAT system

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience working with SAP systems, particularly in invoice processing and materials management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• > 5 Years Supply Chain Experience including Logistics and manufacturing in automotive industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages are preferred.
• Detailed understanding of Mexico trade regulations and requirements
