• 5+ years of experience in industrial product manufacturing.

About the Role

Responsible for successful Launch on New Programs, DCN’s implementation, VAVE’s management, internal & external transfers, outsourcings, special projects execution (dual sourcing, increase capacity, flexibilities, early engagement with AME department). Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees. Responsible for the results of indicators: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost, for the new product, until EOL projects.

Your Team
Launch Engineer, Launch Technician I & II.

What You Will Do

1. Responsible to attend recurring meetings, both internal and external for project progress and new launches.
2. Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, Flow Charts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc.
3. Responsible together all the documents to support M Gates reviews.
4. Maintain and communicate the status of the projects, using Microsoft's Project.
5. Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.
6. Manage all engineering changes with the CFT and assure the successful implementation.
7. Comply with the review of the status of PLM.
8. Follow up with Program Manager the outstanding point of the PV runs.
9. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels.
10. Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements applicable.
11. Coordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance.
12. Support to manufacturing area according to the needs of the MBU Manager.
13. Coordinate with Packaging Engineer of new launch.
14. Coordinate and implement VAVE initiatives.
15. Implement Engineer Changes according DNC implementation process.
16. Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs.
17. Drive results and coordinate activities with launch engineers + technicians.
18. Responsible to work closely with Manufacturing Engineering (AME), Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and teams for Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
19. Create risk assessments by program phase.
20. Ability to apply 6-Sigma methods to solve problems.
21. Lead Manufacturing Readiness Assessment (MRA).
22. Develop and manage launch vehicle interface documentation.
23. Ability to drive multiple design activities (programs or special projects) and various stages in the program lifecycle.
24. Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full development and integration activities.
25. Provide support to any additional activity that MBU Manager can assign related to New Product Introduction or Mass Production.

What You Need

2. Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical.
3. Deep Knowledge Engineering Changes and documentation control.
4. 5+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
5. 5 years of prior experience coordinating new projects & implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.
6. English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
7. Efficient communication skills to manage CFT activities.
8. Core Tools / SAP / APQP Knowledge.
9. ISO /IATF 16949.
10. Deep Knowledge on Customer Specific Requirements.
11. Leadership, Change Oriented Collaboration, Analytical Judgment and Result Driven.
12. Knowledge on LPC (Life Product Cycle).
13. Flexible attitude and strong initiative.
14. MS Project.
15. Customer Applications and Portal knowledge.
16. Excellent listening, comprehension & interpersonal skills as responsible for daily communication via email and phone calls required.
17. Able to plan and organize subordinates.
18. Green Belt Certification.
