About the role

This position directly supervises Technical / Business Support and/or Production / Maintenance employees in Industrial Engineering. Plans and sets day-to-day operational objectives and participates in the documentation of operations and procedures to ensure timely completion. Responsible for making minor changes in processes to improve Industrial Engineering effectiveness.

• Maximize the utilization of human resources on production lines.
• Standardize work processes across production lines.
• Improve hourly production rates on production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis of production line capacity.
• Cost optimization and management of productivity projects.
• Optimization of human resources on production lines.
• Creation and maintenance of work standards.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (including layouts and process flow).
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing (standardized work, SMED, VSM, line balancing).
• Knowledge and experience with problem-solving tools (A3, 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, Red X).
• Green Belt certification, with experience in implementing a real project.
• Experience in resource capacity analysis.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Availability for full-time work.
• Master's degree (desirable).
