In this role, you will support Baxter’s operational resilience objectives by planning, coordinating, documenting and reporting on application recovery testing across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments. You will partner with System Owners, infrastructure teams, cloud service providers, manufacturing operations and business stakeholders to improve recovery readiness, maintain disaster recovery documentation and validate recovery capabilities. You will play a key role in the Application Recovery Program by coordinating disaster recovery testing, facilitating tabletop exercises, tracking remediation and providing clear program metrics and reporting. Success in this role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, documentation and analytical skills, together with a practical understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity and technology resilience.
