Ondera connects licensed medical professionals with AI companies that need their expertise. We are building a verified network of Spanish-speaking physicians to help improve and evaluate medical AI - and we're looking for you.

This is expert work, not data entry. 100% remote with flexible hours (typically 5 to 20 hours per week). Pay ranges from 40 to 80 USD per hour, with monthly payouts in USD and no payment holds. You can work with other platforms as well.

Qualificações

• Licensed physicians required.
• Native Spanish speaker with professional medical judgment.
• Comfort with English-language tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated medical answers in Spanish and judge their accuracy and safety.
• Compare AI responses and explain which is better and why.

What the work involves

• Flagging clinical errors, dangerous advice, and unnatural or incorrect dialect
• Occasionally writing model medical answers in your field

Who we're looking for

• Licensed physicians of any specialty - general practitioners especially welcome
• Native Spanish speakers of any variety: Spain, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, or South America
• Comfortable working in English-language tools (the medical work itself is in Spanish)
• Detail-oriented, with clear reasoning
