  • Proficient in Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools preferred.
  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

Tech Requirements

  • Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
  • Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
