JOB DESCRIPTION:

SPA OFFICER (STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS)

The SPA KAM Officer is responsible for managing the accounts of SPA suppliers assigned to their portfolio and is the contact person in the area of Finance for SPA suppliers of the company.

The main tasks include:

  • Managing supplier account enquiries through Ticketing (SFW)
  • Supporting the end-to-end processes of invoice and account management, including invoicing chasing and accounting, and resolution of incidences (as per SLA defined and responsible for achieving main KPI’s)
  • Preparing ordinary payment proposals
  • Compensating SPA prepayments and reconciling accounts
  • Monitoring debtor balances and HBX risk
  • Providing support to different stakeholders in the company, such as Sourcing, Legal
  • Coordinating with team members to handle and achieve tasks
  • Engaging in other activities related to the Purchase To Pay processes
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Finance or Professional Qualification in Accounting or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience
  • A good understanding of account payable principles, with previous experience desired
  • Good negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong MS Office knowledge, with SAP experience desired
  • Team player, detail-oriented, results-oriented, self-motivated with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workloads for maximum effectiveness
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish
