As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics.


We need a talented Sourcing Recruiter to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. The Sourcing Recruiter will work with a team of peers including Recruiting Business partners and Recruiting Coordinators focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.


The Ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understanding how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidates will draw on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and value providing amazing customer service.


This role is onsite and will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.


Key job responsibilities
  1. Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth, implement new processes, and develop standard operating procedures that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  2. Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
  3. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  4. Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  5. Work closely with Business, TA, and HR leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
  6. Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Experience in corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting.
  3. Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
  4. Experience using Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  5. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  6. Availability to work 5 days a week at the office in Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil (Vila Olimpia).
  7. Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English.
  8. Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  9. Strong communication skills, organizational and client management skills.
  10. Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies.
  11. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  12. Ability to build and develop strong sourcing strategies through the use of various recruiting channels/platforms.
  13. Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
