We’re looking for a Sourcing Coordinator to support the procurement of direct and indirect materials — with a strong focus on metal-mechanical components.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, implement sourcing strategies, and drive cost optimization efforts in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
️ Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical and metal parts
️ Identify, qualify, and manage supplier relationships
️ Lead RFQs, cost analysis, and supplier selection
️ Collaborate with Engineering, Quality & Production teams
️ Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance
️ Support cost-reduction and supplier consolidation initiatives
️ Maintain sourcing records and track raw material trends

Knowledge Requirements:
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, stamping, casting, and metal forming.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and material specifications.
Knowledge of strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and supplier selection methodologies.
Familiarity with total cost of ownership (TCO) and should-cost modeling.
Experience with supplier performance monitoring (KPIs, delivery, quality, responsiveness).
Awareness of pricing and availability trends in raw materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
Basic knowledge of global supply chain risks and logistics.
Understanding of compliance with environmental and safety regulations in the supply chain.
Use of procurement modules and supplier portals.
Skills in negotiation, contract terms, and pricing agreements.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers in English.
Ability to prepare and maintain RFQs, sourcing reports, and supplier scorecards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
