Acuity Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to maintain prices and parameters in Oracle/system, impacting unit costs, kanban flow, PO flow, and supplier relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree, advanced English, and 2+ years in indirect procurement, with knowledge of Kanban and MRP. You will support data analytics and reporting for sourcing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Capture new Blanket PO Agreement and validate prices as required.
• BPO maintenance. Mass upload/update of BPOs; monitor expiration dates and update needs.
• Analyze and follow up corrective actions of PPV alerts with sourcing buyers, material buyers and category leaders.
• Parameters maintenance; mass upload/update of sourcing/items parameters.
• Supplier maintenance (updating banking information, contact changes, address changes, payment terms, etc.).
• Update and create reports for data analytics or actions for Sourcing Buyers or Managers.

Job Summary

As a Sourcing Specialist at our company, your responsibilities are to mantain updated prices and parameters in Oracle/system as required. Sourcing Specialist contributions will impact directly to unit price cost, kanban flow, PO flow, production efficency , supplier strategies indicated by Sourcing Corporate and mantain a healty supplier relationship.

Skills And Minimum Experience Required

• Over 2 years of indirect material purchase- procurement experience
• Kanban
• MRP Knowledge
• Supply chain (logistics / import /export) knowledge
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strict attention to detail, system data maintenance and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with team members, and vendors
• Negotiations skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, sense of ownership
