Acuity Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist Senior in Monterrey to maintain prices and parameters in Oracle, influence unit price costs, and support production efficiency through strategic supplier management. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, operations, or business.
• Conversational English required; strong communication in a corporate setting.
• Experience in supply chain or procurement roles; familiarity with PO processes.
• Experience as a buyer is preferred; strong negotiation and supplier management.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and take ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and prioritization.

• Analyze and follow up corrective actions of PPV alerts with sourcing buyers, material buyers and category leaders
• Parameters maintenance. Mass upload/update of sourcing/items parameters
• Supplier maintenance (updating banking information, contact changes, address changes, payment terms, etc.)
• Update and create reports for data analytics or action for Sourcing Buyers or Managers

Job Summary

As a Sourcing Specialist Senior at our company, your responsibilities are to mantain updated prices and parameters in Oracle/system as required. Sourcing Specialist contributions will impact directly to unit price cost, kanban flow, PO flow, production efficency, supplier strategies indicated by Sourcing Corporate and mantain a healty supplier relationship.

Skills And Minimum Experience Required

• Bachelor Degree

• Supply chain experience
• Experience as buyer (preferred)

• Strict attention to detail, system data maintenance and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with team members, and vendors
