Acuity Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to maintain prices and parameters in Oracle/system, ensuring accurate data and cost control across indirect procurement. You will support Blanket PO agreements, BPO maintenance, and assist in supplier data management to optimize kanban flow.

This role requires coordinating with sourcing buyers, material buyers, and category leads, analyzing PPV alerts, and generating reports for management. Travel is expected up to 25%.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in a related field.
• Advanced English skills are required.
• 2+ years of indirect material procurement experience.

Responsabilidades

• BPO maintenance: mass upload/update of BPOs and monitor expirations.
• Analyze and follow up corrective actions of PPV alerts with sourcing buyers.

Job Summary

As a Sourcing Specialist at our company, your responsibilities are to mantain updated prices and parameters in Oracle/system as required. Sourcing Specialist contributions will impact directly to unit price cost, kanban flow, PO flow, production efficency , supplier strategies indicated by Sourcing Corporate and mantain a healty supplier relationship.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Capture new Blanket PO Agreement and validate prices as required

• BPO maintenance. Mass upload/update of BPO's. Monitor expiration dates and need to update

• Analyze and follow up corrective actions of PPV alerts with sourcing buyers, material buyers and category leaders

• Parameters maintenance. Mass upload/update of sourcing/items parameters

• Supplier maintenance (updating banking information, contact changes, address changes, payment terms, etc.)

• Update and create reports for data analytics or action for Sourcing Buyers or Managers

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

• Bachelor Degree

• Advanced English skills

• Over 2 years of indirect material purchase- procurement experience

• Kanban

• MRP Knowledge

• Supply chain (logistics / import /export) knowledge

• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strict attention to detail, system data maintenance and accuracy

• Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with team members, and vendors

• Negotiations skills

• Ability to work under minimal supervision, sense of ownership
