GoFleet Sas busca un/a Solutions Engineer - LATAM Deployments para liderar despliegues de soluciones de telemática en LATAM. Ubicación híbrida en Ciudad de México y viajes regionales por LATAM.

Se requiere experiencia en despliegues, enfoque en procesos escalables, manejo de AI y colaboración con equipos de ventas, éxito del cliente y producto. Se valora dominio de inglés y español, portugués opcional, y disposición para viajar entre México, Brasil y Colombia.

Formación

• Proven ability to build scalable systems and improve operational processes.
• Strong practical experience using AI tools while applying independent judgment and validation.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deployments across different countries.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence to manage expectations and communicate realistic project timelines.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and other LATAM regions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduce el descubrimiento con el cliente para entender necesidades operativas y diseñar soluciones de tecnología de flotas.
• Lidera despliegues desde la planificación hasta go-live, incluyendo gestión de proyectos, cumplimiento, instalación, incorporación, capacitación y estabilización.
• Ayuda a establecer y mejorar playbooks de despliegue para México, Brasil, Colombia y futuros mercados LATAM.
• Desarrolla expertise en el portafolio de productos, incluyendo cámaras AI, rastreo GPS, rastreo de activos y soluciones de posicionamiento interior.
• Colabora estrechamente con ventas, éxito del cliente, producto, soporte, cumplimiento y marketing.
• Identifica mejoras de procesos y aplica soluciones escalables para despliegues futuros.

Solutions Engineer – LATAM Deployments

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid)

Travel: Regional travel across LATAM required

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery to understand operational needs and design tailored fleet technology solutions.
• Lead deployments from planning through go-live, including project management, fulfillment, installation, onboarding, user training, and stabilization.
• Help establish and continuously improve deployment playbooks for Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and future LATAM markets.
• Develop expertise across the complete product portfolio, including AI dash cameras, GPS tracking, asset tracking, and indoor positioning solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Fulfillment, and Marketing teams.
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions that enhance future deployments.

Success in This Role

• Deployments are completed on time, within scope, and with minimal rework.
• Hardware fulfillment is accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Customers achieve value quickly with minimal follow-up support.
• Deployment processes and documentation continuously improve.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Solutions Engineering within the telematics or fleet management industry.
• Sales Engineering for fleet camera or connected vehicle solutions.
• Technical Deployment or Project Management for security or AV integration projects.
• Implementation Engineering within a B2B SaaS and hardware environment supporting regional LATAM customers.
