A leading data and AI company is seeking a Solutions Architect in Mexico City. You will be the technical voice for clients, guiding their use of Databricks in big data and cloud strategies. Candidates must have expertise in data-driven transformation and established customer relationships. This full-time role requires occasional travel within LATAM.

Overview

Join to apply for the Solutions Architect role at Databricks.

Location: This role requires candidates to be based in Mexico City, Mexico or Monterrey, Mexico; candidates from other locations will not be considered. This role will require up to 50% travel in LATAM.

Responsibilities

You work with many clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
You lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
You implement the technical strategy in the account, in close understanding of the strategy.
You build a movement of technical champions within the account.
You align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
You provide structured mentorship for other team members.
Gain the respect of your peers based on your experience, insight, and contributions.
You work very closely with business partners.
You will lead many 1-to-many initiatives (webinars, workshops).

What We Look For

Proficiency at establishing virtual customer collaboration, and leading them to ultimate success within the account.
Experience working many accounts at the same time.
Form relationships with executives and influencers.
Present a convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers that leads them down a path of success.
Technical in big data, data science and cloud.
An ability in data-driven business transformation, and driving change with data.
Databricks and Cloud Provider Certifications (Nice to have).
