Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Mexico seeks a Software Solution Engineer to design, configure, test, and document customer-specific software solutions. You will write detailed design specs and store solutions in designated folders, supporting the project manager and liaising with customers and OEM partners as needed.

Responsibilities include reviewing proposals, installing CoLOS software at client sites, validating configurations, and handing off to the Service Delivery Engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or comparable degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience developing/configuring software solutions with testing and validation.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

The Solution Engineer is responsible for the software installations until completion of the customer agreed configured solution.
