Toyota Automated Logistics seeks experienced consultants to pursue and execute automation, operations, and process engineering engagements, driving strategic goals for clients. You will leverage data analysis, simulation, and system design to propose scalable warehouse automation solutions.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, leading major sales, and shaping distribution system innovations while traveling up to 20% for engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in relevant fields.
• Experience with data analysis tools (PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL) preferred.
• Understanding of supply chains and distribution or manufacturing systems is a plus.
• Experience with computer simulation (FlexSim, Demo3D, Arena) a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Our consultants pursue and execute automation, operations, and process engineering consulting engagements for new and existing clients, helping them to meet their strategic business goals. The consultants also engage in strategic sales of automation systems, through the use of Data Analysis, Material Handling System Design, and Computer Simulation.

General Job Duties

• Ability to develop excellent client relationships and earn their trust though superior problem solving and hard work.
• Close major system sales through a "top down" consultative selling approach. Beat our competition by providing the best solutions in the industry.
• Become a thought leader in distribution systems and automation.
• Assist in pursuing new clients for consulting services.
• Coordinate with specific resources (software engineers, controls engineers, CAD / Simulation Engineers, etc.) to prepare reports and proposals.
• Continue to enhance and refine the tools / methodologies we use.
• Maintain your education on a wide variety of material handling automation and simulation software areas.
• Provide excellent analysis of customer's operational data used to design superior processes and systems.
• Provide computer simulation modeling of proposed material handling systems.
• Build confidence with clients when making formal presentations.

Travel Requirements

• 20% overnight travel (Travel expenses paid by Toyota Automated Logistics)

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
