- Daily Operations Management : Oversee the daily operations of the production teams, ensuring that all work products is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with client specific guidelines.
- Compliance Monitoring : Ensure the team’s adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations, such as CMS guidelines, and client specific requirements, maintaining a 100% compliance rate.
- Operational Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce operational costs, and improve the overall quality of service delivery. Regularly review and refine workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resource Allocation : Effectively manage and allocate resources, including staffing, technology, and tools, to meet fluctuating demand and client expectations.
- Site Management : Oversee all site operations, including virtual environment management, ensuring that all systems and tools are functioning optimally to support team activities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze operational data to identify trends, monitor performance, and make data driven decisions. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
- Provide on-the-floor support to navigate complex scenarios, and conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to align goals, address concerns

- Team Leadership : Lead, inspire, and manage a team of production agents fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs and oversee the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the team’s skills, knowledge, and performance. Ensure team members are up to date with the latest industry standards and practices.
- Performance Management : Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear performance expectations, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming team members.
- Employee Engagement and Retention : Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Recognize and reward high performers and address any issues that may impact team morale or productivity.
- Succession Planning : Identify and develop potential leaders within the team, ensuring a robust pipeline for future leadership roles. Key performance indicators
- Review Accuracy Rate : Maintain a minimum agreed upon accuracy rate, ensuring that all decisions are evidence based and compliant with guidelines.
- Turnaround Time : Achieve a consistent 24- 48 hour turnaround time, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Compliance Rate : Ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory standards and client specific requirements, with no instances of non-compliance.
- Team Productivity : Ensure that each team member meets or exceeds their daily and weekly productivity metric, contributing to overall team productivity targets.
- Employee Retention Rate : Maintain a team retention rate of 90% or higher by fostering a positive work environment and addressing any issues that may lead to turnover.
- Client Satisfaction : Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction, as measured by client feedback and satisfaction surveys. Academic and professional background
- Medical Doctor (Mexico or other foreign region) : A candidate with a Medical Degree (MD) from a recognized university, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. OR
- Registered Nurse (Global) : A candidate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in utilization review, CDI, clinical denials and appeals or physician advisory services with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing remote teams in a healthcare or BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including CMS guidelines, and experience in ensuring compliance with these standards.
- Experience with revenue cycle software and tools, as well as proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Certification in Case Management (CCM), Utilization Review (URAC), CDI or a related field is highly desirable. Competencies, skills, and other requisites
