About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled TIG welder to join our team and participate in manufacturing and assembly projects involving complete furniture made of stainless steel, black steel, and aluminum. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in TIG welding processes, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Your tasks

1. Set up TIG welding machines for stainless steel, black steel, and aluminum.
2. Assemble complex stainless steel furniture following technical drawings.
3. Achieve various finishes on stainless steel through polishing processes.
4. Use different tools and consumables for polishing.
5. Interpret and measure specifications from drawings to perform welding and polishing processes.
6. Develop controlled welding and polishing processes with acceptable timing.
7. Understand acceptance criteria for welding and polishing types (spot, tack, complete, and spot welding / polishing and cleaning).
8. Perform tasks independently or intermittently without supervision.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret drawings, diagrams, or schematics.
• Measurement techniques.
• Experience with grinding and polishing tools and knowledge of finishing techniques for stainless steel surfaces.
• Basic understanding of the scratching patterns required for finished products.
• Knowledge of TIG welding.
• Experience of 1 to 3 years.
