GE Aerospace in Querétaro, MX is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, deliver, and maintain software tools across lab environments and applications. You will support the full software lifecycle from requirements to implementation.

The role requires coding in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for scripting/automation, SQL database work (MySQL, PostgreSQL), OOP fundamentals, and familiarity with CI and API concepts. A Bachelor's degree in CS or STEM and basic experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM with basic experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Lean/Agile software methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages and CI processes.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of API concepts and data exchange.

Responsabilidades

• Awareness of SDLC and Lean/Agile software methodologies.
• Ability to write code in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ability to write code in Python for scripting/automation.
• Ability to read/write/manage SQL queries/databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, similar).
• Understand and apply the principles of OOP.
