Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a software quality and test engineer to design and develop product requirements, test plans, and environments for desktop diagnostic applications. You will support ECU diagnosis software verification and validation within an Agile/Scrum setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus or preferred.
• Experience with backend test automation frameworks is desirable.
• Familiarity with automotive industry communication protocols (CAN, J1939, J1587, UDS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop in an agile/scrum environment with incremental releases.
• Develop and maintain tests and test applications to validate unit and integration software.
• Collaborate with engineering to automate data management and data flows.
• Automate test cases to accelerate deployments and verify functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Review software products, databases, and testing environments, suggesting improvements.
• Document standards and best practices for consumption by product teams.
