Jabil is seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer II to contribute to integrated hardware/software solutions, including automated production test platforms and embedded designs. You will help build Windows and web applications to support diverse manufacturing needs and improve user experience.

As part of a skilled development team, you will design, test, and maintain software that enhances internal and external processes while mentoring peers and leveraging latest technologies.

Formación

• Working knowledge of SDLC and ability to handle all stages.
• Strong experience with TCP/IP networking.
• Database design, administration and development.
• Develop complex SQL Server queries including stored procedures and views.
• Experience with Windows applications in C# and .NET.
• Experience with ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with third-party APIs and revision control systems.
• Excellent communication and fast learner of new tech.
• Experience installing and managing servers, IIS and backups.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex software applications (C# and .NET).
• Develop enterprise web applications and test scripts.
• Support software development quoting with project information.
• Clarify design requirements and meet organizational goals.
• Contribute to regular project reviews with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and fix production software issues.
• Prepare complete data packages for project managers.
• Mentor other software engineers and promote best practices.
• Stay updated with leading-edge software technologies.
• Identify and mitigate technical project risks.
• Participate in code reviews and use version control for all code.
