Jabil seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer in Intelligent Infrastructure to develop EOL Test Fixtures for production. You will lead end-to-end design of electro-mechanical systems, create robust CAD models, and ensure designs meet production standards while interfacing with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include supporting prototype builds, conducting FEA, and documenting BOMs and drawings; travel up to 20%.

Formación

• 8+ years hands-on mechanical design experience.
• Experience in product development or automation/test equipment.
• BSME/MSME or equivalent degree.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end mechanical design of complex electro-mechanical systems, fixtures, custom test stations, and automation equipment.
• Develop robust 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed 2D drawings using SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor.
• Ensure designs meet DFM/DFA standards and are optimized for production efficiency, cost, reliability, and serviceability.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Software, Test, and Manufacturing teams to integrate systems.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across teams.
