SANMINA-SCI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a Software QA Analyst 3 with an electronics/engineering background and 5–10 years of experience. The role focuses on reviewing specs, drawings, and assembly flows to improve reliability and detect design faults.

Required skills include English at an intermediate level, SolidWorks, ODB++ Viewer, and MS Office. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and IPC/ASME standards is advantageous.

Formación

• Electronics/engineering background or related degree; degree status may be graduated or incomplete.
• 5–10 years of experience in relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Review of technical specifications
• Review of assembly drawings and their potential dimensional conflicts
• Review of assembly lines, focusing on workstations, and analysis of possible improvements
• Review of assembly flows and detection of potential assembly failures due to design and assembly issues
• Generation of DFM reports for discussion with the client
• Review of drawings and tolerance analysis
• Support in the development of design experiments

Education:

Experience:

Experience:

• Project Administration and Management
• General knowledge of the complete manufacturing process and PCB design interpretation
• Knowledge of Y14.5, ASME, and IPC standards
• Proficiency in design software (SolidWords or Catia)
• Basic knowledge of Office suites
• Technical skills based on mechanical and electronic assemblies
• General knowledge of materials
• Flowchart management, assembly route improvements, and detection controls
• Volume calculations and ergonomic designs on assembly lines
• Quoting and purchasing of assembly structures and fixtures
• Analyzing customer requirements and defining test cases using different techniques.
