The Opportunity

The Software Engineer Analyst I will be integral to software development and strategic planning within the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization. The role involves supporting end-to-end software development, ensuring high-quality outputs through the DevOps process, and collaborating across teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Your Impact

As a Software Engineer Analyst, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the vision and building digital products across S&T priorities
• Designing, developing, and deploying innovative applications aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborating with product managers and team leads to develop user stories and adhere to standards
• Creating roadmaps and implementing strategies based on business needs
• Expanding digital capabilities using data and AI to enhance customer experiences
• Addressing delivery impediments and communicating risks and issues to stakeholders
• Recommending solutions that meet strategic business needs

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Experience

• At least 1 year of software development experience, specifically with React Native for iOS
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, and native iOS modules (Swift, Objective-C)
• Understanding of iOS app lifecycle, App Store deployment, and design guidelines
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs
• Familiarity with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong grasp of software design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with global teams
