The Opportunity

The Software Engineer Analyst I will support software development and strategic planning within the Strategy & Transformation organization, playing a crucial role in digital transformation initiatives across PepsiCo's value chain. This role involves supporting end-to-end software development and ensuring high-quality software delivery through the DevOps process.

This team member will collaborate with various teams to develop solutions that add value, whether through cost savings or new features, focusing on delivering innovative products aligned with core priorities.

Your Impact

As a Software Engineer Analyst, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the vision of building and maintaining digital products and solutions (DPS) across core priorities.
• Designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge applications aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborating with product managers, Scrum masters, and team leads to develop user stories following proper standards.
• Supporting the strategy for software development, creating roadmaps, and implementing solutions based on business needs.
• Enhancing DPS capabilities through customer-focused, data-driven digital solutions leveraging AI.
• Addressing delivery impediments, risks, and issues, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
• Engaging with business partners to recommend strategic solutions.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• At least 1 year of software development experience, particularly with React Native for iOS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native frameworks.
• Experience with native iOS modules (Swift, Objective-C) and bridging with React Native.
• Knowledge of iOS app lifecycle, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and App Store deployment.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.
• Exposure to cloud services and mobile CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software design principles and best practices for mobile development.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate globally.
