CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our global team focused on logistics and inventory systems. You will work with US-based engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions using Java/Spring Boot and modern JS frameworks.

The role emphasizes collaboration across time zones, adherence to coding standards, secure practices, and robust testing.

CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in both backend and frontend development. This role requires close collaboration with US-based teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to build solutions focused on logistics and inventory systems.

Requirements:

• Design, development, testing, documentation, data analysis, and on-call support during working hours.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and reliable software applications following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Maintain high coding standards through code reviews and best practices.
• Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Apply secure coding practices to ensure system integrity and prevent vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Proficiency in Java is required.
Experience with Spring Boot framework.

Skills:

• RESTful architecture and microservices
• Strong experience with SQL
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React
• Backend development using Java and Spring Boot
• Familiarity with NodeJS and modern JavaScript ecosystems

• Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP preferred)
• Kubernetes and containerization (preferred)
• Messaging technologies (Kafka preferred)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Logging and monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk)
