Confiz is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with Java, React, and cloud experience to support supply chain and warehouse management systems. You will design, architect, and implement scalable software for modern cloud environments, enabling efficient logistics and distributed operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining secure coding practices.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional hands-on experience delivering quality software.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and RESTful architecture.
• Experience with cloud-based services (AWS) and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies and tooling.
• Proficiency in Java; Python is a plus; Kafka experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with experience across Java, React, and modern cloud technologies to support Supply Chain services and warehouse management systems. In this role, you will participate in the design, architecture, and implementation of software solutions that solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency across supply chain operations.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will contribute to building scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that support critical business processes. Your work will help enable the development and deployment of modern supply chain platforms used to manage logistics, warehouse operations, and distributed systems across cloud environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while ensuring maintainability, scalability, and strong system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Delivering full stack features (design, implementation, and support) Working across the full stack of technologies (Web UI, APIs, and Infrastructure) Building reusable cross-platform components for future use Translating written requirements, designs and wireframes into high quality code Work with diverse, collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Design and collaborate with local and partner teams.
• Participate and contribute to the agile development and planning process.
• Write highly maintainable, easy-to-understand code for RESTful Services, event-driven systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure following secure coding practices.
• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of standards, concepts, and principles of engineering to solve the practical needs of the business.
• Design complex systems at the organization level with up/downstream dependencies and understand business metrics for the organization.
• Mentor other engineers and help them split larger designs into individual work units.
• Design and validate all scenarios conform to code quality through complete and automated unit, functional, integration, and end-end testing.
• Identify and prevent performance issues, optimize solutions and infrastructure, and lead cross-functional troubleshooting.
• Instrument code appropriately, creating custom metrics, alerts, and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to Engineering best practices across the entire solution.
• Collaborate with other software engineers on design and best practices and conduct code reviews.
• Understand tradeoffs in types of engineering processes and adjust a team process to meet the project's needs.
• Test all scenarios and conform to quality and security standards Participate in design and code review to ensure quality and testability of feature.

Skills

• 3–5 years of professional hands-on experience delivering quality software
• Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Experience with RESTful architecture and micro-services.
• Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery methodologies and tooling.
• A deep proficiency of Java, additional languages such as Python is a plus.
• Experience in developing near real-time data processing solutions utilizing Kafka is a plus.
• Experience with integrations in/out of Financial planning systems (Anaplan, Oracle) a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• 3+ years of professional experience in practice area

Education - B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or comparable experience.
