Confiz LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, seeks a seasoned Full Stack Engineer Level III in Mexico to deliver high-quality software across the full stack, with 5+ years of experience.

You will design and build front-end with React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript and Node.js, develop RESTful APIs in Java or other languages, and participate in Agile ceremonies while ensuring security and performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience building modern web applications.
• Residency in Mexico is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, Redux, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs using Java (or similar) and familiarity with Python or Go is a plus.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and reusable components.

CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC is looking for a Full Stack Engineer Level III in Mexico with at least 5+ years of years of professional experience in delivering quality software, ideally across the full stack. Depending upon expertise, strong candidates may additionally be given further responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for large-scale, customer-facing web applications.
• Build and enhance modern front-end features using React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Contribute to backend development using RESTful APIs when required.
• Translate business requirements, wireframes, and technical designs into clean, scalable, and maintainable production-ready code.
• Develop reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Write automated unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
• Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Software Engineers.
• Follow secure coding practices and modern software engineering standards.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices to support software delivery.
• Monitor applications using observability and logging tools to maintain production stability.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.

Requirements

• Applicants must currently reside in Mexico. Candidates located outside Mexico will not be considered.
• 5+ years of professional experience building modern web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, Redux, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Professional experience developing RESTful APIs using Java. Experience with Golang or Python is a plus.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, reusable component design, and modern design patterns.
• Experience building responsive, high-performance, customer-facing web applications.
• Experience with automated testing including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing (Playwright or similar tools preferred).
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, New Relic, Splunk, or similar.
• Understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility, and secure development practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development lifecycle is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
