Confiz in Mexico is seeking a Python-focused engineer with strong MLOps and DevOps experience to join our growing team in Monterrey. You will build automation for ML workflows and model deployments using CI/CD and IaC tools like Terraform.

You will collaborate with data scientists to improve developer workflows and ensure smooth integration with analytics tools. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes is preferred; strong coding in Python and a passion for GenAI will help drive

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps or related roles.
• Hands-on with ML workflows, model deployment, monitoring and scaling in production.
• Strong Python coding skills and ability to write clean, tested code.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, IaC (Terraform) and data reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

Confiz is seeking a python focused engineer with strong experience in MLOps and DevOps to join our growing team in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

• Build tools for automation around ML workflows orchestration and model deployments using CI/CD workflows

• Automate infrastructure deployments and tool configurations using Terraform or similar IaC tools

• Write clean, maintainable code in Python,Go and other object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java).

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML workflow deployments

• Generate and maintain operational reporting pipeline through tools like big query, looker and tableau.

• Collaborate with data scientist to improve developer workflows and ensure seamless integration with tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, or other similar platforms like Amazon SageMager,

• Understanding of different model and its model deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production environment

• Proficiency in Python

• Basic knowledge on reporting tools like Tableau, looker, big query (SQL)

• Experience with Ecommerce, understand general digital ecommerce concepts

• Experience with Kubernetes or other containerized orchestration platforms

• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP)

• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and containerized environments.

• Ability to write unit tests, integration tests, and provide clean, reusable code.

• Passion for utilizing GenAI to reduce manual process

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a related role.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
