Lever, Inc. seeks an MLOps Field Engineer based in Mexico to design and deliver modern AI/ML architectures using open source tech, Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. You will work directly with customers on large-scale distributed ML and hybrid cloud challenges.

As part of a global Field Engineering team, you will engage with sales, product, and enterprise customers, deliver workshops, and influence roadmaps through real-world insights, with travel up to 30% of time.

Formación

• Experience in MLOps or data engineering within cloud environments.
• Proficient in Linux, virtualization, containers and networking.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, Kubeflow, OpenStack, Spark experience.
• Strong English communications and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and architect AI/ML, MLOps, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Deploy and validate solutions across on‑prem and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Engage with customers to capture requirements and demonstrate open-source tooling.
• Develop infrastructure automation and Kubernetes capabilities using Python.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions on cloud, Linux, AI/ML, and open-source tech.
• Collaborate with sales, product and engineering to drive opportunities and roadmap feedback.
