A leading software solutions provider located in Nuevo León, Mexico, is seeking a professional with at least 2 years of experience in software control and distribution. The ideal candidate will monitor software compliance, incident management, and access rights, while being proficient in PowerShell and Microsoft 365 tools. Fluent English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of software control and distribution.
• Knowledge of managing software in compliance with legal requirements.
• Experience in incident management and monitoring access rights.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that all software has the correct functionalities, tested and documented.
• Monitor and analyze software compliance with security guidelines.
• Process incoming incidents and service requests.
