Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en servicios de Azure.
• Experiencia práctica con Azure Databricks y Azure SQL.

We are currently seeking an Azure Data Engineer to join our team in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for Azure-based data platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve data pipeline issues and Databricks workflow issues, job failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and create knowledge base documentation for recurring issues.
• Act as a point of escalation for critical incidents, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Cloud Infra, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, change management, and incident management processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Azure services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks (WF, cluster, notebook monitoring, debug issues).
• Strong knowledge of Azure Blob Storage, ADF pipelines, triggers, and data movement activities.
• Proficient in Azure SQL: query optimization, monitoring, debug issues, data mapping.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with focus on root cause resolution.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Spanish), with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ITIL Process (incident, change, and problem management) is a plus.
