Grupo Pesado Castro is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead a software development team. This role will oversee development of web-based business applications, translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, and partner with IT leadership to shape the technology roadmap.

The ideal candidate has strong web engineering experience with React, Vue.js, Node.js, and/or .NET, a track record of leading teams, and solid Agile practices.

Formación

• Strong experience in modern web application development.
• Experience with React, Vue.js, Node.js, and/or .NET.
• Experience leading software developers and managing application development initiatives.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a software development team, establishing strong engineering practices and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, integration, and delivery of web-based business applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions and development plans.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to define and execute the IT and application development strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted software development practices across the team and SDLC.
