A Software Developer Engineer (SDE) is a key professional in the development, design, and maintenance of applications and computer systems. This role requires strong programming skills, requirements analysis, software design, testing, and deployment of technological solutions that meet user and organizational needs.

The SDE collaborates closely with other development team members, such as software architects, designers, and testers, to build scalable, efficient, and secure applications. They must also be capable of identifying and solving complex technical problems, optimizing performance, and ensuring the high availability and reliability of the developed software.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Software Architects, Systems Engineering, and product management to understand and implement requirements
• Create applications using the .NET Framework, C#
• Work with teams in an Agile Scrum environment to build software in a rapid iterative way
• Respond quickly to changes in requirements
• Assist with testing software in a live environment
• Provide detailed & accurate estimates for code development efforts
• Support and adhere to Company's Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy
• Perform other duties as assigned or required
• Work according to the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301

Required Skills:

• High-Level Language exposure (Preferably C#)

• Experience developing and deploying industrial-grade software applications

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics systems, Mechatronics or similar. A combination of education and experience may be considered
• 1-2 years experience in Software Engineering
• Experience with C# or equivalent experience in other High-Level OOP code base (Java, C++)
