A leading automotive company in Mexico City is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the organizational culture and lead executive training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of HR experience. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with fluency in English, are essential. Reports directly to the P&C Global Director

Sector : Automotive (heavy vehicles) & Financial

Location : Polanco, Mexico City

The ideal candidate will have a solid general experience in HR field from a leading international company. The candidate will work closely with the Management team, P&C Managers, the P&C Sr Manager of the Commercial Organization to lead executive trainings, support the organizational culture (International Way) and participate directly to the HR operations of the Commercial Organization.

  • Work on DEI, Wellness Programs, ERG groups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years of experience in HR or related field
  • English fluency (advanced level)
  • Strong organization & communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and provide the best experience to all employees
