Job Description
Main Tasks
Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
Work closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Develop and understand KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
Provide regular performance updates to internal teams and external agencies.
Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Develop materials for marketing/advertising communications.
Your Profile
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, and/or analytics.
SKILLS:
Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting social media data from standard software packages and databases (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to create compelling content and tell stories through social media.
Experience developing and managing social media campaigns.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in a corporate, multi-brand environment is a plus.
