We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of our U.S.-based clients. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating engaging posts, and analyzing performance metrics across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and schedule social media content aligned with brand voice and client goals
2. Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling visual and written content
3. Engage with audiences, respond to messages/comments, and grow online communities
4. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Sprout Social
5. Execute paid social media campaigns (basic to intermediate level)
6. Identify trends and adjust strategies to increase reach and engagement
7. Present social media plans and results to U.S.-based clients in fluent English
8. Coordinate with internal teams and account managers to align messaging and deliverables

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with U.S. clients or audiences
• Excellent communication skills and copywriting in English
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling/analytics tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Based in Guadalajara and available for hybrid work (some on-site attendance required)
