$1,500 – $2,000 USD/month (Depending on Experience)

Our client is on the hunt for a hands-on Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, someone who’s 70% creator, 30% strategist. You’ll be in the driver’s seat to shape their organic presence across LinkedIn and Facebook (where we’re currently active) and launch fresh, engaging communities on X (Twitter), Instagram and Reddit.

We operate in a fast-moving space: fraud, data security and cybersecurity in residential real estate. Our audience? Institutional SFR & multifamily operators, MLS/Association executives, and residential property managers.

If you’re excited about turning complex topics into smart, engaging content and building communities around them, this role is for you.

What Success Looks Like in 6–12 Months:
  • Audience growth across all key platforms
  • Real engagement: more comments, saves, reactions, and shares
  • Consistent, high-quality content with a posting cadence you own and run
  • Booked meetings that can be traced directly to your content
  • A strong, active community that trusts and interacts with our brand
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own strategy & execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and Reddit
  • Write posts, threads, create carousels, short-form videos, and thought-leadership content
  • Engage directly: reply to comments/DMs, join niche convos, and build relationships
  • Repurpose content from webinars, updates, and industry news
  • Track performance, run experiments, and continuously improve
  • Brief and manage freelancers when needed (for overflow tasks)
  • Monitor industry convos and surface insights for marketing/product teams
  • Keep our brand voice sharp, helpful, and trustworthy
What You Bring:
  • 3–5+ years growing B2B social media (SaaS, proptech, or real estate = )
  • A creator’s toolkit: writing, video editing, basic design, content packaging
  • Proven ability to (case studies/portfolio welcome!)
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats, from planning to publishing
  • Solid analytics skills (UTMs, dashboards, KPIs) and a test-learn-improve mindset
  • Interest or experience in fraud, cybersecurity, or data privacy topics
Bonus Points For:
  • Building Reddit communities or running AMAs
  • Knowledge of SFR, multifamily, or MLS/real estate ecosystems
  • Webinar clipping or basic motion graphics
Tools & Setup:
  • You choose your stack, we’ll provide what you need: scheduling, design (Figma/Canva), editing (CapCut/Premiere), etc.
  • Freelancer support is available, but this is a creator-led role
  • Work fully remotely with high ownership, flexibility and clear reporting
