Job summary

Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is offering an internship to become the technical point of contact for the Hispanic Latin America Snapdragon Compute team. The intern will work closely with regional engineers to learn Snapdragon PC platforms and translate knowledge into practical guidance for promoters, sales reps, and channel partners.

This learning role involves supporting common technical questions, assisting with partner activities, and escalating complex cases as expertise grows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, CS, IS, Electronics or related field.
• Strong curiosity about PCs, processors, Windows, AI, and real-world tech use.
• Ability to investigate questions, learn from specialists, and explain clearly to a nontechnical audience.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• No prior professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build technical knowledge through regular sessions with the regional technical team to learn about Snapdragon PC platforms, Windows on Arm, AI experiences, and product compatibility.
• Capture recurring questions from promoters, sales reps, and channels; work with specialists to obtain accurate answers and communicate them clearly.
• Serve as an accessible first point of contact for common product and demonstration questions, tracking open items and escalating complex cases.
• Help create and maintain FAQs, troubleshooting guides, product comparisons, talking points, and short technical content based on partner questions.
• Prepare and maintain demo devices, validate key experiences, and support technical demonstrations when needed.
• Contribute to webinars and training sessions for promoters, sales teams, and channels.
