QUALCOMM, Inc. seeks an intern to be the technical point of contact for the Hispanic Latin America Snapdragon Compute team. You will learn Snapdragon PC platforms and Windows on Arm, translating knowledge into practical guidance for promoters, sales reps, and channel partners.

The role combines learning with growing responsibility, supporting common technical questions and partner activities while collaborating with Qualcomm specialists on deeper issues and official responses.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, CS, IS, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Strong curiosity about PCs, processors, Windows, AI, and real‑world tech.
• Able to investigate with specialists and explain answers to nontechnical audiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• No prior professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build technical knowledge through regular regional sessions with the team.
• Capture recurring questions and coordinate with specialists for accurate answers.
• Serve as first point of contact for common product and demonstration questions.
• Help create FAQs, troubleshooting guides, product comparisons, talking points, and short technical content.
• Prepare and maintain demo devices, validate key experiences, and support demonstrations.
• Contribute to webinars and training sessions with increasing responsibility.
