The role focuses on defect detection on electronic boards, with responsibilities spanning software and hardware involved in inspection equipment, dashboards, and process improvements.

The candidate must have English proficiency, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and apply 5S discipline.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and application of 5S methodology.
• Knowledge of SMT components and electronics inspection.
• Networking knowledge and basic electronics troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in CAD-type software.

Responsibilities

• Raise the status of SMT production lines.
• Perform 5S review on all inspection equipment.
• Validate remote connections on applicable lines.
• Validate software used for activity reporting and dashboards.
• Provide rapid response and resolution to line stoppages caused by inspection equipment.
• Possible installation, relocation, or improvement of inspection equipment (hardware and software).
• Handover of key points or pending issues to engineering and the next shift.
