Hr Business Solutions is seeking a Project Management Engineer for Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX. You will lead SMT project initiatives and provide on-site tech support, training, and customer communications to drive successful implementations.

The role requires a degree in Engineering and proven SMT/electronics manufacturing experience, with strong English skills for client coordination and documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
• Prior SMT / electronics manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of PLC, AOI, SPI, Printer, Mounter, Reflow Oven, Wave Soldering, Conveyors, etc.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide after-sales support for SMT and other equipment.
• Train customers on machine operation, programming, and maintenance.
• Manage SMT projects, including solution consulting, process optimization, automation, and production capacity improvement.
• Provide emergency technical support to customers when required.
• Prepare technical reports and English PPT presentations and coordinate with customers regarding technical issues, POs, payments, testing, and machine demonstrations.
• Coordinate customer requirements during the order and delivery process.
• Identify new customer requirements and support project follow-ups.
• Introduce company products and solutions to potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
